Aloyscious Lee brings with him a wealth of experiences from both the construction and property management industries prior joining Corporate Visions as a Director to spearhead the newly incepted Facility Management Business Unit (FMBU). In the first part of his colourful career, he was involved in designing, overseeing and managing construction of multi-million dollars projects [e.g. hi-tech buildings, light industrial buildings, government schools for MOE, mosque, data & research institute for NUS, military building for DSTA, housing flats for HDB & newspaper printing plant for SPH] as structural design engineer, resident engineer & superintending officer respectively. In the later part of his career, he was managing day-to-day operations, management, maintenance, leasing matters and maximising usable gross floor areas of developments such as industrial, residential and commercial properties with a MNC developer as their Regional Senior Property Manager.
